Patrick brings 35+ years of experience to KI in investing in, advising and starting early-stage technology companies in multiple sectors.

This includes participating in two Initial Public Offering's (IPOs) of a company's stock on a public stock exchange.

First, as an employee in the IPO of Hambrecht & Quist Investment Banking (H&Q) in 1996 for its listing on the NASDAQ in San Francisco California USA.

Second, as General Manager in the IPO of Is Venture Capital in 2004 for its listing on the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE) in Istanbul Turkey.

As Managing Partner at KI Patrick identifies and manages a team of external business and technical partners to provide equity financing and M&A services to KI’s early-stage technology company clients.

Beginning in 1988 in San Francisco CALIFORNIA USA as an Account Excutive at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Citicorp and Hambrecht and Quist (H&Q) Investment Banking.

Relocating to Istanbul TURKEY in 1998 where he worked as Managing Director of Corporate Finance and Advisory Services at Strateji Securities, General Manager at Is Venture Capital and Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Bosfor Bioscience Partners.

Repositioning in 2008 to Lyon FRANCE to work as Senior Partner at Yole Finance - a business unit of the Yole Group.

Establishing Keating International (KI) in 2012 as its Founder and Managing Partner to focus on advising early-stage technology companies in specific focus market sectors.
